No texts. No tracking. Just a signal.

Open the app. Stay active for 24 hours.

One tap. You're okay.

Your circle, at a glance.

Know when someone goes quiet.

The people you love want to know you're okay.
You want to know they are too.
Now you both can — without a single text.

About Dot Okay

Hi, I’m Brandon. 👋
I built Dot Okay for a simple reason:
Sometimes you just want to know someone is okay.
I have a younger brother who doesn’t always respond to texts — but I know he’s on his phone. I didn’t need conversations or location tracking. I just wanted a quiet signal that he was alright. That’s what Dot Okay does.
● Open the app → your status updates automatically
● See when the people you care about were last active
● No messages, no tracking, no pressure
Dot Okay isn’t a replacement for talking.
It’s a layer underneath it — quiet reassurance in the background.
Because sometimes, “okay” is enough.Thank you for taking the time to check out Dot Okay, and please contact me with any questions, comments, or feedback!

Simple.
Quiet.
Reassuring.

Every feature in Dot Okay is designed around one idea — knowing someone's okay without the noise.

🤫

Passive by design

No manual updates. Just opening the app marks you active. Your loved ones know — without you having to do a thing.

🕒

24-hour clarity

One clear window. Green means seen in a day. Gray means it's been a while. No ambiguity, no overthinking.

🔒

Privacy first

No location tracking. No read receipts. No pressure. Just active or inactive — the minimum needed to feel at ease.

Built for peace of mind

Every feature earns its place. Nothing is there to hijack your attention — everything is there to quietly reassure you.

Status Dots

The heart of Dot Okay. A green dot means your connection has opened the app in the last 24 hours. Gray means it's been longer. See exactly how long ago they were active — "2 hours ago", "3 days ago".

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Dot Okay is free to download and use. The free plan lets you add unlimited connections, but you'll only be able to see the status of one person at a time. You'll know if they've checked in within the last 24 hours — just not exactly when.Upgrade anytime to see everyone at once, with timestamps and sorting.

What's the difference between Dot Okay Plus and Dot Okay Unlimited?

Both plans include timestamps, sorting, and all future feature updates at no extra cost. The main difference is how many connections you can view:

• Plus ($4.99/month) — view up to 6 connections
• Unlimited ($9.99/month) — view as many connections as you want

How does the free trial work?

Every new user gets a free 7-day trial of Dot Okay Plus. Cancel anytime before the 7 days are up and you won't be charged. After your trial, you can subscribe for $4.99/month or stay on the free plan.

Do you sell or share my data?

Never. Dot Okay is subscription-supported, which means our only incentive is to build an app you love — not to monetize your data. We don't sell it, we don't share it with third parties, and we have no plans to ever introduce advertising. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from within the app.

Will prices ever increase?

We're committed to keeping Dot Okay Plus at $4.99/month and Dot Okay Unlimited at $9.99/month. If that ever changes, existing subscribers will always be grandfathered in at their current rate — you'll never be moved to a higher price without your consent.
